Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Glam, we are committed to providing premium products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, dust bag, packaging, and accessories intact.
Products that show signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or missing accessories will not qualify for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the request.
Once your request is approved, our team will share the return address and further instructions.

3. Self-Shipping Policy

Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address after the return request has been approved.
The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a courier service that provides shipment tracking.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to personal preferences (such as not liking the color, design, size, finish, or quality expectations), the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped, Glam will bear or reimburse the return shipping charges after verification.

5. No Refund Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds.
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the order value will be credited as Store Credit to your Glam Account.
Store Credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website.
Store Credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.

6. Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, our team will process your exchange request within 24–48 business hours, and your replacement product will be dispatched.

Price Difference

If the new product costs more than your original purchase, you must pay the difference online before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange balance payments.
If the new product costs less than your original purchase, the remaining amount will be added to your Glam Store Credit for future use.

7. Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected before approval. Returns or exchanges may be declined if the product is found to be:

Used or damaged after delivery.
Missing original tags, packaging, dust bag, or accessories.
Returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.

8. Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or festive offers.
Products ordered through our WhatsApp Community, Instagram Community, or other exclusive community offers.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without their original packaging, tags, dust bag, or accessories.
Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or different screen settings.
Minor handcrafted or finishing variations that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Orders refused at the time of delivery may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

10. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Glam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy. Glam reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above terms.
